UK Mainland orders are dispatched using our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48® service. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch. During busy periods this can go up to 3 working days.
UK Mainland orders dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24® will be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm on weekdays will not be dispatched until the following working day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Our click & collect service is available between 9am and 4pm Mon-Fri. Please note click & collect is not available at weekends or bank holidays.
